The FSL team is tight-knit and secure. Starting out with our Founder, Martin Fuller, over twenty years ago, closely followed by his brother; the team has grown in both size and skill.

All team members are backed by extensive industry training and are highly qualified, making everyone an expert in their field. This includes not just our skilled engineers, but also our dedicated office team, who are the backbone of daily operations, coordinating services, supporting clients, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

As a small but mighty business, the team naturally reflects Martin’s values: his commitment, work ethic, and attention to detail. That shared sense of pride and responsibility is part of what makes FSL unique. Everyone here takes genuine care in their work and strives to provide the level of service we believe every client deserves.

Martin remains closely involved with clients, if not personally or through the experienced team of engineers, ensuring all clients receive personalised, high-quality protection. You can be sure, when working with FSL, you’re getting every ounce of experience from the top down.

We offer a 24 hour call-out service and bespoke maintenance solutions to all of our clients. Our hands-on approach as a family run business brings exceptional levels of support no matter the time or situation.
