Project overview.

The property owners chose FSL Security to implement a robust and reliable security solution, giving them total peace of mind that their home was protected. Because the project was a new build, the team were able to design a completely bespoke system from the ground up, with no limitations from existing infrastructure. This allowed every element, from access control and surveillance to alarm systems and cabling, to be precisely tailored to the client’s specific requirements and lifestyle. Working closely with the client and project team, FSL crafted a solution that delivered maximum security, seamless integration, and discreet aesthetics, ensuring the systems worked exactly as the client envisioned.

Services supplied.

A custom-designed automated gate was installed at the entrance of the estate, equipped with a video entry system. The automation system allows remote control via the owner’s smartphone or a keypad located near the property entrance.

The CCTV cameras were high-definition, night-vision enabled, and included motion detection capabilities. We installed cameras with a 360-degree field of view, providing extensive coverage with minimal blind spots. Systems can be viewed remotely via smartphone, tablet or laptop, which makes playback of recorded footage straightforward, quick and demonstrates excellent quality.

A high-sensitivity fire alarm system was installed throughout the property, with smoke detectors strategically placed in key areas, including high risk zones like the kitchen and utility rooms. The fire alarm was integrated into a central monitoring system, allowing for instant alerts to be sent to the owner’s smartphone and directly to the local fire department in the event of an emergency.

Our team fitted a monitored system to provide a greater level of reassurance. This is connected to a 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre, which on receiving a signal can alert both the police and a minimum of two nominated key holders. Wherever you are, if your security is breached, you will be notified.

Results.

The residence was fitted with a comprehensive security solution giving the client confidence that their property was protected against a range of threats. With remote access to both CCTV and alarm notifications, the client can monitor their property anytime and respond swiftly to alerts, even when away. The high-quality equipment, combined with FSL’s ongoing maintenance, ensures lasting security for the property, protecting both the residence and its occupants. The security solution provided by FSL Security demonstrated the importance of a multi-layered approach to property protection. By integrating fire alarms, CCTV surveillance, intruder alarms, and automated gate entry systems, FSL successfully met the client’s needs for a secure, private, and well-monitored property.
